Subject: Thank You
Dear David Skogebo,
Thank you and World Wide RV for selling us our new motor home. We appreciate the no hassle deal. To buy on the internet was fast and easy and saved us thousands of dollars. As in any dealing we checked to be sure of the Dealership. We would buy again from you. Thanks again for your honest deal. Sincerely, Donald Shunk Smethport, PA.
To the General Manager,
I want to let you know about the great experience we had in buying from World Wide RV, where we just recently completed the purchase of our 2001 Sunnybrook. Clint in sales was very helpful. He sent us pictures of different features in various models, for us to decide on which model to buy. When it was time to order, he was very patient and explained all the different options to me. If he were unsure about an option, he would call Sunnybrook and get the answer. When it came to the price of the RV, I felt we were given a "great deal". Kent in finance also did a wonderful job. He explained all different ways to do our financing. All the paperwork was processed correctly and in a very timely manner. As full time Rver's we will recommend World Wide RV to other as a great place to buy an RV.
Sincerely, Lee Nelson
My wife and I want to THANK YOU! For selling us our new Kiwi Travel Trailer. You saved us $2,000. We appreciate your honesty and being straightforward. Purchasing was not a hassle. Especially that our Kiwi is to be delivered to our front door in Iowa, outstanding service. Your web page was enjoyable experience. We will come back when we are ready to up grade. Thanks again for your honesty. Sincerely, Rod & Tarfa Dierenfeld
Dear Mr. Skogebo,
My wife and I recently completed the purchase of our new Jayco 31 RLS Designer 5th wheel from World Wide RV. This was our first "out-of-state" purchase of an RV, and our first major purchase conducted over the Internet, so, needless to say, we were somewhat apprehensive. Trisha Brown, your Internet sales representative, was to say the least, phenomenal. With her assistance, we were able to reach agreement on the price and options within 2 days, where my wife and I were unable to come to agreement with our local dealer after 2 weeks of negotiations. In addition, whenever we had questions or needed clarification on a particular item, each of our calls or emails were always returned promptly, and with the exact information we requested. Trisha was instrumental in expediting our order through Jayco, which was no small task due to the problems associated with new model year start up. She continually kept us up to date on the progress of the building our new unit, and as the final offline date began to firm up, worked closely with us on the delivery date. This was so important to us, as my wife had to reschedule vacation twice due to Jayco continually revising the offline date. With the scheduling issues resolved, our new unit arrived at World Wide RV the same day we did, and Trisha was there to greet us. She was as pleasant to deal with in person as she was over the internet and phone. Even more important to us than price, is the integrity of the people we do business with. Trisha Brown kept every commitment and promise made to us. In addition, she was extremely helpful in providing information regarding one of our primary concerns, that of buying an RV in Arizona and registering it in California. All of her information proved reliable, and the registration process was a snap. I know that World Wide RV has a program in place called "Caught Caring", in which employees are recognized for going the extra step in customer service. While it would have been easier to simply fill out one of those cards and mail it in, we felt the efforts put forth my Trisha Brown warranted a higher level of recognition. She was truly a joy to work with, and when it becomes time to purchase another RV, even though your facility is almost 800 miles away, we will gladly make the trip to World Wide RV. I would like to mention two other individuals who went out of their way to make our experience a pleasurable one. We intentionally scheduled two extra days in Mesa in order to work out any bugs in the new unit. We scheduled those days at Mesa Regal, due to its proximity to your facility. During the first night, the air conditioner suffered a catastrophic failure and required replacement. We also discovered that the shower leaked badly. We notified Jim Ryan, your service and parts director, who immediately dispatched one of your service techs, Phil (I'm sorry, but I never got Phil's last name). While Phil was checking the AC, Jim personally came by to make sure we were ok, and to assist us in getting the unit back over to World Wide RV so the air conditioner could be replaced. The air conditioner change out went very quickly, and Phil was successful in stopping the shower from leaking. The remainder of our time in Mesa was spent in "cool" comfort. Our hats off to Jim and Phil, who were both truly concerned for our situation, and eager to ensure we were fully satisfied with the unit when we left your facility. We were indeed.
Sincerely, Bob Silvano
Subject: Purchase of a 99 Dutch Star
Hello,
I have to drop you this message in regards to the experience that we received from your staff at World Wide RV. Your staff treated us with the greatest care and concern in our purchase of the 1999 Dutch Star. This has been an experience for us as we never thought that we would purchase anything as big as this over the internet. We were wrong, with the help received from Trish and Andy, we were delighted. Trish takes great pictures of the motorhomes and with the details she puts on the internet as well as pictures requested, it gave us an assurance that we were getting what we were bargaining for. Trish went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied with the motorhome, and did everything to help us get over the boarder and home. Never once did a request for information or help go unanswered. This has been an experience that my wife and myself will not forget. In Canada, we do not have the selection of motorhomes that are in Mesa. The salesmen here are more interested in getting the sale completed and not worrying about whether the customer is happy with the purchase. If I was asked if we would come back to Mesa and buy another motorhome, the answer would be YES. Anyone asking us about our experiences with World Wide RV, will be given a great place to deal with and information on how to contact you. In you program about the extra care taken by your staff, we have to say that Trish deserves more that a pat on the back. As we said above, Trish went that extra to show that we were well received and taken care of at every step of the way. This was even after we were on our way home. We have not received that type of care when we have purchased anything here in Canada. Andy was the second contact person we had at World Wide RV, and even Andy was concerned with the sale and our well being. Exceptional service and professionalism from Andy made the sale a memorable experience as well. To tell you the truth, all the staff at World Wide RV made us feel like they were concerned about our sale and well being. Please give everyone there our heart felt thank you for being so helpful and making this purchase a great experience. We will return again and hope to be able to send our friends down to see your staff. If there is any other information that you may need to help with getting Canadians across the boarder easier, we will be more than happy to give any prospects the information needed so that they can have a experience that we had. Thanks again and we will see you again. Give our regards to everyone.

Dear Administrative Staff:
It's not often we have the opportunity to write to a company to say THANKS. The reason for this letter is to express gratitude for all your helpful staff, but especially Trish Brown. From our first contact with Trish over the internet, we were impressed with her level of service. She returns calls/e-mails promptly, has an answer or will find one quickly, is very product knowledgeable and always is pleasant and courteous. It has been a pleasure to do business with her. She helped immensely as we purchased our first brand-new motorhome and she aided us in the process all the way-even through our myriad of questions and concerns. Kent was also very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Our dealings with him were less extensive than with Trish, but he too made us feel very comfortable with the financial aspects. As did Roberto with our walk-through, LuAnna with her part and Dean with the out of state delivery. Thank you for employing such outstanding peoples in your Mesa office. Because of them-and most especially Trish, we will be recommending your company often.
Sincerely, Susan Rand
